Production staff pay not competitive, company culture has morphed to being more about $$$ than its mission of helping people, reflected by its rushed organizational changes and lack of action in the aftermath. Genuinely think the CEO cares for staff at every level but that company owners may be the problem

Bottom line of this industry is that it is predatory. It takes advantage of people who need money desperately and I could justify the need for plasma over the health and well-being of others. Pay was not great, Locations are typically in really bad areas with high crime rates, and corporate will not allow you to higher security without showing a history of incidents.
