Pros

Gaining experience in phlebotomy and lab processing. Seriously there is nothing great about this job the only experience you get is having to deal with horrible management and donors.

Cons

Management there are awful, they show favoritism among the employees. There are people who have worked for the company for 5 plus years and worked hard in their postion to get promoted but end up having a new person take their spot because that person was good friends with the center director. Management do not communicate with one another and the turn over rate is horrible.

Benefits are above-average for the industry, Coworkers are easy to get along with. Quickly-growing company with opportunities to grow if you do a decent job. Steady day-to-day job doing mostly repetitive tasks.

Cons

Staffing levels are terrible. Management is the worst I've seen in all my years of working. They don't communicate with one another, so be prepared to ask the same question or make the same request multiple times, even in writing. The pay is very, very low, near minimum wage if you're starting in a non-supervisory position.
