      Great place to learn skills but not grow a career

      Pros

      -you have a lot of flexibility in your own daily tasks -leadership has a lot of experience and is willing to brainstorm with you -you can work with a lot of different industries on Amazon and learn a lot.

      Cons

      -support teams show a lack of initiative to be proactive and it can lead to difficult client conversations -this is a role for someone who wants to learn, not develop in their career. Turnover is very high and promotions are few and far between -pay isn’t competitive to the market

      Exposure to Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.

      Cons

      Lack of training and development. Omni also promotes individual performers to leadership roles, which doesn’t always work. In my case, I had a manager that was more interested in selling product than growing her team. Consistently ignored, and even shamed when I came in with no experience and seeking to learn. Questions were not welcome with this employee (though this may not be the case with other leaders).

      Unprofessional, toxic work environment. Management doesn’t know what they’re doing. Below market pay and benefits.
