Pros

OfferUp practices what they preach. For example, they say there are flexible hours and work-life balance and it is truly like that. I've been at other companies that "say" employees can work remote and be flexible with their schedules while upper management monitors the comings and goings of it's employees. The company is growing and is incredibly dynamic. If you like a scrappy, start-up environment, this is the place!

Cons

The only downside is some days I don't like the food trucks on site :-)
