- Your teammates are dedicated, motivated, innovative, and some of the funniest people around - Still a ground floor opportunity where you can have an immediate impact. Your only limitation will be the number of hours in the day. - Leadership has been quick to ask for and implement feedback and expand benefits. They are incredibly transparent and insightful. - Beer and Demo meetings are the best! -

- Things change quickly and often (Pro & Con). It can be hard to keep up time to time, but this makes the company agile.

Pros

Fun and very positive atmosphere. The company is consists entirely of very smart and engaging people who love what they do. Everyone is fun to be around. It's a highly collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking. Flexible hours in order to avoid peak traffic times. Basically, it's the kind of environment that develops when you treat your employees like adults and create a culture where everyone is passionate about the product.

Cons

Maybe some weight gain from free lunch Friday :P
