Great company & CEO that takes care of the employees. Good environment to work in, extensive training and on going help. You get pay raises as you advance. Benefits are great!

Not much room for growth.

Pros

great company, takes care of employees, high end of year bonus (compared to HEB, Walmart, Amazon, etc), Mid-year bonus, pot lucks (pre-covid), provided snacks (pre-covid), Job security, have to try to get fired, above average pay rate, benefits, paid holidays.

Cons

Very little growth opportunities, some favoritism from managers (overall not a concern if you have great work ethics), vacation accruement is slow if it's your first year.
