Pros
We’re flexible with scheduling around my life, both of the managers I had were great at their jobs, the store environment was safe and non problematic, job is simple, a lot of customers were regulars so no problem with them, location was great and easy commute, employee discount is a big perk too
Cons
The dang rewards program, so annoying, always being pushed to force it onto people. Business select is up there too. Lower management always telling upper management what to do. Promised raises that never came due to “DM being out on vacation” Not to the mention the ancient technology with customers getting bothered that their receipt takes a decade to print, freezing up registers, and with the only fast piece of technology customers being unable to read signage that clearly stated how to use the self service printers and being called more times than I can count to literally read off said signage to customers. Payroll being short and having to run a busy store with 3 employees only!
