Pros

They work with your school schedule if you have one

Cons

Pay is minimum, at the store I was working for the Copy & Print Department never had more than one person except for at shift change. Considering the amount of print jobs we frequently had it was impossible to keep up. Then you had unhappy customer's and employees. Also, assistant store managers (I think) should be trained in all departments, if you can't even send a fax then you're useless and shouldn't be in management.

Pros

-Coworkers and management are friendly. -There is a learning opportunity in the Copy/Print department. -Some customers acknowledge your hard work and praise you for it.

Cons

-Working in Copy/Print is hard work. -High turnover rate, meaning you have to train new employees almost monthly. -Workload can be unmanageable at times. -No organization within the department to ensure all employees are as efficient as possible.
