Pros

Great office environment, quality place to live.

Cons

Uncertainty about future of leadership team. Strategic focus, but consistently falls back to short term tactics to "hit the quarter".

Pros

- You have the opportunity to get creative when some customers request you do the designing for them. - I enjoy the challenging print orders customers bring in as well as multi-tasking to keep busy. - It's quite fun to learn and use the really neat equipment like the laser cutter, shrink wrapper, etc. - The CPD supervisor and CPD associates communicate very well and are also very committed to getting the job done and done right. - Receive lots of praise from new customers as well as gaining returning customers. - Makes for a neat little side-job if you need a little extra income or still in school. - Associate discount is pretty much just no sales tax, but it comes in pretty handy. - This would make a great addition to your resume, especially if you are looking for a graphic design or perhaps even a clerical position.

Cons

- CPD is horribly understaffed, but is horribly overworked. - Can't help but to feel underappreciated as well as just some one to 'hold CPD down'. - Running every little in-store print job through the Online Print Center seem redundant and rather unnecessary at times. - Often have to play the role as a general cashier as well as still doing CPD duties. - Same Day Service does not always mean 'Same Day Service' if it's not possible. - The system for CPD is constantly changing, so it adds to the frustration when you already have to learn and abide by these changes along with above cons. - Dealing with a massive workload, not having a break, occasional errant customers, and lousy hours just isn't worth the drop in the bucket they call a 'salary'.
