This dept finally got new management.

Cons

Funny because the bad reviews for the dept have slowly been taken down. Hopefully with the new management switch things will get better!! But the last management made the environment very toxic. Heavy on micromanaging, impossible expectations in full transparency. One day you get a compliment “thanks for taking on extra work!” then the next day “everything you do isn’t enough, your too slow, the minor mistake you just made looks bad on you”. It was survival mode.

Cons

I worked a lot of overtime due to doctors not being done at the same time and expecting me to stay. About 10 hrs overtime per paycheck.
