Awesomely talented and genuinely great people. Flexible schedule. open office space. Caring individuals that want to see you grow and take time out of their schedule to help.

Cons

Lacked true leadership from department heads. Lots of turnover. Leadership didn't seem to understand or value truly investing in the growth of individuals.

Pros

Great client names, super creative/ nice/ smart coworkers, good for your resume, incredible learning opportunities = you end up stretching well above your job title, invitations to industry events, opens up a LOT of doors very quickly, make friends in your field

Cons

Extremely top-heavy management, no clear direction on department or career goals, no reviews/ raises even when you've already proven yourself capable of handling larger projects, little opportunity to grow beyond the job title you start in, HR is worse than useless = they're detrimental, little training provided, you're at the mercy of your direct manager and they may not be out to help you

They will treat you badly. Put on your big girl panties. Here, it's about how you play the game. They don't care how well you serve your clients, how good you are at your job, or how many hours you work. It's about how much you suck up to the right people.
