Pros

Very nice people to work with and great hours.

Cons

Low pay but the job was very stable. I never had to worry about layoffs.

Pros

Good benefits, good wage and 401K.

Cons

Bad Supervisors and upper management. Everybody thinks everything will be alright, until something bad happens. Then it's a concern with the highest priority. It's an atmosphere that kind of scary. Someone is running your power plant with experience from somewhere else, you think. No training, testing makes one think.
