      Pros

      Great benefits, good work life balance, new CEO who appears to be a thinker and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Hopefully, there will be changes in the future.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, not a lot of alpha employees, perceived inequalities for some employees, inexperienced managers. A lot of managers do not have other work experience; therefore, they are not willing to move away from inefficient processes and take risks.

      Small group, easy to work with. In addition, there is a lot of freedom. Finally, the learning curve is easy to overcome.

      Cons

      Not very challenging in the work that is given. Also, some of the leaders are very narrow minded and not willing to grow in their ways.
