      Pros

      The people become family. The work-life balance is great. Flex hours, and every-other-Friday off. Very competitive pay, and amazing benefits. Can't beat it.

      Cons

      No telecommute options, but flex hours and every-other-Friday off make up for it.

      Pros

      High tech, plant designed in 70s completed in 95. Turbines and generators upgraded to produce 365 MW each.

      Cons

      Management does not jave a clue, inequity rampant among favorites and others. Others get to do majority of work and get less pay and not appreciated.
