      Great 401k plan, good benefits, and great people.

      Limited opportunity for promotions, weak senior management, employees are complacent.

      Pros

      Very positive working environment with lots of long-term loyal committed and hard-working able people. If you like to work, and connect with the people you work with, this is the place. None better!

      Cons

      Limited staffing - if you are looking for an easy job or you are not a top-notch performer, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      The Compensation was great, the people were incredibly friendly and you had a steady workflow. It was a very laid-back environment that allowed for a great degree of self expression. They even encouraged continuing education

      Cons

      Incredibly mundane work. There was never variety, but that is also what comes along with the Power industry. There is also little room for rapid advancement.
