- Excellent culture and top tier management - Amazing 401k match - Work-life balance: RDO program for every other Friday off - Tuition reimbursement - Great compensation and performance pay annual bonus

Cons

- More formalized work from home policy would be great. But individual managers are flexible with it.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, family atmosphere with co-workers, great leadership who care about the employees, fun/special activities (if you want to participate), health and welfare incentives, beautiful campus with on-site cafeteria, opportunity for growth with internal and external training, free parking and charging stations for those who drive a hybrid.

Cons

Somewhat congested Tucker area, so traffic is somewhat frustrating.
