Pros

Great working atmosphere and solid relationship with management. Still have a few complainers but don’t see them leaving. Best 401K match ever seen, great PTO, and ability to ability to advance.

Cons

The only possible con would be the rotating shifts. 12 hour shifts are the best but I’d prefer straight days or nights or possibly alternate month to month instead of week to week.
