      Pros

      Management is very good. They care. All the opportunity in the world to grow and learn. Tons of stuff to learn and do everyday. Great people. Great building. Great benefits! If you don't like working here then you don't know what its really like out there in the real world. Great everything!

      Pay, Monday thru Friday, home at a decent time, friendly, goal oriented, generous holiday time off, accommodating of family life

      Cons

      Fixing relationships from previous employees can be difficult, some lack of communication, expectations sometimes unrealistic, lack of employees in shops
