Good pay and decent benefits. Monday thru Friday day shift.

Cons

Being watched all the time. Management taking pictures of employees assuming the employees are screwing around.

Pros

The company is family owned and the president really cares about each employee. The business itself is steady and reliable. There is a great yearly bonus based on how profitable the company is, nice that profits are shared and spread out company wide.

Cons

Paid time off is TERRIBLE. No matter how long you have worked there you only get 2 personal days per year to use as sick time and for any other personal time, doctors appointments etc. For the first 5-7 years you work there you're only given 2 weeks (10 days) vacation time. There is no flexibility and no perks. The company has a bit of a "stuffy" feel. It's old school and doesn't have very good work/life balance.

Owner is very well liked, generous, smart, laid-back, respectable, and he goes out of his way to appreciate our efforts and make sure our voices are heard. He knows everyone by name and that says a lot.

Cons

Communication between Senior Managers and employees is lacking. Chain of Command structure is outdated and not working. Accountability is missing overall.
