Pros

Decent health benefits and the encouragement to explore other job opportunities within the company. A new addition and a completely remodeled building will make it an awork environment.

Cons

An obsession with counting calories and the impression that people are keeping track of what you eat, and even being told to go on a diet, although I am not overweight, all make for a very uncomfortable work environment. It feels very clique-like, like high school. Also the vacation time and personal time given are very low compared to other companies.
