      Toxic environment, no technical leadership and high level of favoritism

      Pros

      Benefits are great but pay is below average.

      Cons

      Culture promotes favoritism, inhibits learning and does not seek the best technology that will improve quality. This leads to waste and increasingly relying on IT consultants. When new technology is brought in, company does not invest in quality training. Work from home is discouraged and is limited to one day a week.

      PTO and Sick Pay-but you really can't use it

      Cons

      High school atmosphere where employees are envious and competitive of one another. HR puts on a great show. HR asks for feedback then discounts your suggestions. Antiquated 80's style management. No room for advancement. Downtown construction is horrible. Large cockroaches in the building, don't be surprised if one falls on you. Poor training program. A lot of office gossip and high turnover. Always asking for cash for team games, etc. Which can be annoying. Not a creative challenging environment, very negative and depressing atmosphere.
