      Executive leadership operates without transparency, keeping staff in the dark intentionally Management is not consulted or often even informed when major changes are implemented IT staff is treated like a commodity as opposed to a trusted business partner. IT staff is often treated with blatant unprofessionalism, or simply scapegoats for business errors or shortsightedness IT leadership values "not rocking the boat" instead of ensuring IT staff is treated with respect and professionalism Executive leadership rules with fear and vindictiveness
