Poor leadership and lack of fair treatment. Management were instructed to micro-manage their departments. Needless to say, morale took a dramatic drop. Gender reverse discrimination occurred on a daily basis. Poor job descriptions and unclear expectations from management. The upper management does not accept valid business opinions which would benefit the organization. They, instead, terminate individuals who offer this to the organization.

High school atmosphere where employees are envious and competitive of one another. HR puts on a great show. HR asks for feedback then discounts your suggestions. Antiquated 80's style management. No room for advancement. Downtown construction is horrible. Large cockroaches in the building, don't be surprised if one falls on you. Poor training program. A lot of office gossip and high turnover. Always asking for cash for team games, etc. Which can be annoying. Not a creative challenging environment, very negative and depressing atmosphere.
