No maternity leave so hopefully you don’t plan on having children if you work here. If you already have children there is no flexibility or understanding when things come up. Inconsistency with managers and how they interpret policies, better cross your fingers and hope you get one of better ones. They force you into the office for “culture” when it’s really just bad gossip and trash talking everywhere. They tell you it’s not a call center but it 1000000% is so be prepared to be chained to your desk taking call after call. This has been a very toxic workplace that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The pay is also extremely outdated and low.
