      Great culture, decent benefits, fine pay

      Pros

      OhioHealth cares about its employees and treats them well. Culture internally is great and relationships with most clients and external employers are great as well. Employer Solutions division specifically is built well to help you develop and grow, but you must seek out those opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay is not great and time for development opportunities may be limited or hard to find.
