I worked at this shop for over 2 years. In that time oil changers inc. took over . Put a guy that had no manager experience to run the shop... In time he learned.

Cons

The company it self did nothing but lie to the employees. Set goals for raising pay then canceled the program as soon as goals where met for up sales. This constantly happened.

Coworkers are great Laid back environment Flexible schedule Good Hours Great place to get started in the industry

Cons

Lazy management All about the numbers (these people will sell stuff that doesnt need to be serviced and they dont like it when you say something about it) Services arent always performed properly (even when the managers do them) Employees are undervalued and "replaceable" No opportunity for advancement as a technician Even as a CSA theres very little incentive to sell (your manager will make a nice bonus off your hard work though so thats nice)
