Pros

A few nice people and legacy company

Cons

Fear of change. Nepotism and political jockeying is very high and gets in the way of any sickness. Legacy employees are extremely afraid of change. The company is on the last leg of life and a shell of what it once was.. Lack of investment. Poor desists ion making.

Pros

New Management is young, focused, and looking to take on the competition with innovation and take a real lead in the industry. Company Incentive plan, good salaries for engineering folks and a new breath of fresh air coming into the management ranks.

Cons

Has had it's challenges as the new younger Executive staff is coming in. Older more seasoned folks who are gun shy of stepping out and taking technical risks.
