      remote work, flexible, good interpersonal environment, progressive team, world-wide site, plus I enjoy feeling like I am helping people

      No real complaints. Sometimes difficult to feel heard by developers, but overall not really a problem

      Pros

      I've worked at several different firms in the tech industry, and there's no question that this has been the best experience I've had. Co-workers are friendly, intelligent, helpful, and fun. Excellent benefits and salary, and a great product of which we're all pretty proud. Atmosphere may be changing as all of the founders have left now and the organization is growing rapidly, but that remains to be seen.

      Cons

      Team that used to work here was completely dissolved, and the application thrown out. Today the app is a thin skin over ancient, junk tech, in an effort to maximize profit for their owner, dating-app monopolist and serial privacy-violator Match Group
