      Unstable platform and terrible culture.

      Free lunch 3 times a week.

      Cons

      I realized very quickly how terrible the culture was. The "favorites" do whatever they please, and treat others with very little respect. The trend spreads into some of the management in certain departments and it is clear that no one gives a damn if you aren't part of the "cool clique." I have heard a lot of talking behind people's backs and it is an unhealthy and negative environment. Compensation does not compare to other start-ups in the area. Parking is terrible.

      Dysfunctional Workplace - No Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      Company culture, missions and values on paper sound great.

      Cons

      Do your research before pursuing a position in this company - short tenures and high turnover are rampant throughout the marketing org from top to bottom - morale is indicative of employee burnout, brought on by demanding work schedules and lack of work-life balance.

      Great product, really easy to sell, catered lunch MWF

      Cons

      The entire sales floor is a fraternity. If you aren’t a “bro” then this isn’t the place for you. The company preaches inclusion at every all hands, but they don’t practice it. Every new hire is a referral, and they all come from the immediate area of California for the most part. Steer clear if you’re looking to work with a diverse group.
