      The dedicated teams at Okta have created a great product.

      Pros

      -Good perks (although a con in hindsight as they can pay unlimited money for an offsite but not to keep employees around) -Work/Life balance is absolutely amazing -Good pay -Good leadership in most of Sales

      Cons

      -They throw around money and talk about how much they have but then lay off a top performing team because they performed.. -Talk about diversity although they just laid off a team of 9 people with 8 of them being women (and kept a male heavy team around) -Not as transparent as they say they are
