      Lower Tier was awesome and willing to do the right thing

      The upper Tier, Directors, VP, and above, have their eyes shut and are not looking within to see why people are leaving.

      Great product, stock options and previous President.

      Cons

      The new GTM Executive Team is killing what was once a great culture. They have zero humility and think they know everything and will not engage or listen. Too bad as it is going to take a while to rebuild that team once they wear out their welcome and good people leave.

      Great product, fantastic CEO Okta destroys the competition technically head to head Most of the SE's are solid Okta is on a mission to become the next great technology company and it's well on its way

      Cons

      Okta is a sales grind and the pressure never lets up from the sales executive team. Very tough environment, not for the shy or weak. You will feel like a punching bag after sales forecast and QBR meetings. Account assignments make no sense and they are flooding the field with more sales reps. A very corporate office environment, with little joy or startup culture. You are there to work and that's it. Very silo'd company which has a hard time enjoying it's success
