Our culture is incredible - transparency, focus on customer success, teamwork and collaboration. These descriptors define how we work individually, within our team's, and across teams. We have a very big yet motivating mission and vision. We do not view Okta as a place we work but rather as a place where we passionately collaborate together to continue to grow OUR company as we strive to attain our vision. We thrive on customer success across every function of the company and our customers see this in action daily.

Cons

Things move fast at Okta due to the ongoing fast paced growth. This is not a place where you can coast along. We are constantly needing to re-evaluate how each function/team perform their roles and processes as the increase growth and scale require frequent change. In my opinion, this is really a positive and allows EVERY employee to play a role in growing Okta into an Iconic company!

Pros

Okta has the best product in the IDaaS market and offers all the tools to sell it. The sales leadership is the best i've worked with and that counts for the rest of the colleagues as well. There's a no-nonsense & transparent cultgure which works really well. It looks like Okta promotes from within and if you perform well I'm sure there are many options within this company. Hard work will get rewarded.

Cons

If you're in a small office you don't have so much colleagues around you, many will work from remote locations. There are no pension benefits, car allowance or other options. All you get is a salary, which by all means is pretty good. But be aware that even if your contract says you're entitled to use Pension Schemes in the UK, it doesn't count for the rest of EMEA.

Stable and experienced leadership that has developed and nurtured a remarkable culture. Clear and transparent communication on a weekly basis from the E-Staff sets the tone and direction of the company. Focus on Customer Success is not just a talking point, but an imperative in everything we do. Great product, great people and really happy and vocal customers are driving the success of Okta

Cons

I really don't have any. I guess if you don't like a face paced busy work day this isn't the place for you.
