      Pros

      Good product, solid co-founders Okta does an excellent job of employing the mindset of "it takes a village" to win deals. Has the benefit of being in upper right Gartner MQ (now along with Microsoft & Centrify) Decent benefits IPO bound

      Cons

      Lots of management changes lately which has affected morale on sales team Very cliquey...rampant 'tech-bro' sales team If you join Okta, you'd better hope you have a good territory as certain territories continually struggle (and get smaller due to over hiring of reps) to make quota and deal with a revolving door of sales reps. If you want to work at a company that follows a strong micro-management style, then by all means, send your resume in. Tired of the two slides that the CRO shows at each qbr; Vince Lombardi and Navy Seal team slides....seriously, please come up with something more original.

      Pros

      Fairly recently joined and have been welcomed with open arms, everyone very keen to meet and share their experience and offer help and advice - this spans across all levels of the organisation. Love the openness of the culture with weekly all hands meetings with the US and insightful updates from CEO's and rest of leadership team on our position and opportunity. EU team all great fun and very engaged about whats next. Lots of social events to attend. Everyone I have met all knows what we are looking to achieve, where we are going, and how they fit into the bigger picture - to know my impact is hugely important. Tonnes of opportunity with the pace of growth and alot of breadth to my role.

      Still stuff to fix but thats part of the fun for some people!

      Non, as with any job there are day to day hassles but the company is always supportive in what you do and provides what you need to get the job done.
