      There is no room for advancement, no one truly knows what is going on and everyone lives in fear of losing their job. Leadership have no experience and can not drive a company let alone manage people. Everything is focused on the US and any other regions offer nothing but toxic workplace behaviours and terrible bullying from senior leaders. One leader wanted to build a place of psychological safety but they are the most toxic leader I have ever had the misfortune of working with, they take information and weaponise it against people. Behaviour that is the very opposite of safe. I feel sorry for anyone being mentored by them! If you are a senior leader you cannot ask questions or challenge decisions if you do they will exit you. The worst thing here is they tend to get rid of the people who are competent and keep the people who are yes men
