Pros
i work on the auth0 side, which has a better culture afaik, and engineers are treated well in my experience. - my manager is very kind and chill - everyone on my team is treated like an adult - working alongside and learning from top engineering talent - getting exposed to cutting edge tech and product challenges at scale - weekly allhands and lots of demos so you learn a lot about the company and products. - hack culture (hackathons)
Cons
experience will largely depend on how critical your team's services are and how empathetic your manager and up are. past 2 years have had layoffs
