Great product that sells well and many smart sellers there, however if you haven’t been there for some time it will be very difficult to be promoted. Lots of shoulder tapping and “rules for thee, not for me”. After the acquisition of our largest competitor, there’s been c-level turnover and tel turnover — Okta has grown so quickly that it’s lost culture along the way. There’s so much noise going on all the time and you’re tasked many roles outside of your primary role.Lastly, Okta does not adjust base pay for inflation, market competitiveness, merit, etc.
