Great Product, Great Industry, Smart People, Little too "woke"

Pros

Product is solid. Growing at high rate. People are willing to lend a hand, especially during onboarding. Industry is relevant and customer base is loyal.

Cons

Company is a bit too woke for it's own good. You can tell that they're trying too hard to protect their "image". They don't seem to honor each individual's opinion, but instead force their opinion on you and expect you to fall in line. If this can get better I wouldn't see why I wouldn't recommend that anyone work there.

- Good Culture - Lots of growth opportunities for the product - They care about employee well being - 401(k) matching added in 2022 - Nice centrally located offices in SF, Chicago, DC, and internationally

Cons

- Too many managers - Too much focus on SEs to manage the sales process (this started 4 months before I posted this review) - Compensation is far below market rates - The workforce is not really diverse. - There can be pay biases. Check with your team to see if you're making enough for your role.
