Pros

They have a great selection of beer

Cons

Working by yourself most of the time, management doesn't care about employees or helps them whenever they need help, favoritism, gossip mongers, talk to the employees as if they weren't human, management sleeps with its employees

Pros

Decent tips and the pizza is amazing. The beer training was incredible. It was fun to learn so much about the beers.

Cons

In a word...Management. Will target employees they don't like to get them to quit. Some nights a down right hostile work environment. Saw many occasions where management made employees cry. Make sure you are a tough experienced server before you walk in the door. It's war. Will block off days so nobody can take time off during finals for school. No work/life balance.

Pros

Fast paced, fun environment. Decent job for students needing part time work. Very hard to advance or get raises.

Cons

Terrible management, did not train properly and threw inexperienced people into mix without explanation or any training.
