Very friendly and supportive management. Opportunities to develop within the company. Very friendly and supportive staff. Have made many great friends through working at Old Chicago.

Cons

Not many cons. If you desire to make a lot as a server their you will have to put in a lot of time and effort to make it to the bar area.

This is a great place to work at if you are in high school, college, or just need some extra cash! The working environment is very friendly and the company will train you on everything you need to know.

Cons

From my experience there is not much room for improvement and if there is you must be at the company for about 5 years.
