Blatant favoritism with dispatch, No set schedule , Having to live by the phone, Never knowing when or if you are going to work, This job is absolutely not for the family man!

Great pay and as long as you do ur job they dont bother that much lots time off with no fussing about it

Cons

After 25 yrs they watch you and its cheaper to fire you and hire someone new off the street after 28yrs 2 million miles letters of recommendation a service 2.0 award all of a sudden new manager and i am gone just aint right . Yall better get a union in there you have no voice or protection dont believe them
