Pros

Excellent pay compared to other jobs in the area, free individual basic insurance, 30% guaranteed 401k match, free school to obtain your CDL license if you don't aready have one. It seems to be a very strong company able to weather difficult times because of prudent dicision making. Treats empoyees like family for most part and is flexible.

Cons

Not sure. Well, there is no overtime untill you reach 60 hours in a week and the 401k match could be stronger. You have to start out on nights until you have enough seniority to bid on better shifts, but thats the way it is everywhere.

Pros

They compensated well for a night time job, and the atmosphere is generally people friendly.

Cons

The higher corporate management team is not as connected with their employees as they want you to believe. It was obviously a good idea for them to have a surprise mass firing in the span of five minutes with a flimsy excuse for it, while not having HR present. Then once the meeting was over, they decided to cut everyone's access before we could fully absorb what we were to do next with HR. Despite having spent well over a decade with the company, it was abundantly clear that we're replaceable.

Pros

Plenty of hours; pay is competitive; work at home available for many.

Cons

Every few months, mandatory overtime balloons to 1 hour to 2 hours per night. Every time this happens, management explains that they're hiring more people until the overtime is under control. This takes months to happen because most new hires end up quitting or not typing fast enough or accurately enough to make it. The overtime is brutal at times. No extra breaks during two extra hours of work either. Supervisors don't mind because they work their 8 hours and go home. Hourly employees just have to keep typing as fast as one can type at 4 in the morning when you've been working since 5 or 6 in the afternoon. Good luck.
