Decent Pay

Pros

Great upper level mgmt and benfits

Cons

Company values do not make it all the way down to middle mgmt. There is too much favoritism and not enough communication.

Not a place to work long term

Pros

Good pay, possibility of remote work, casual dress code, weekends off

Cons

- Extremely uncooperative with disability requirements (they will fight and argue with doctors over their specifications, do ANYTHING they can not to accommodate your disability) - Mandatory overtime (can be a 10 hour workday sometimes), extremely strict remote work requirements - Extremely difficult to secure any time off (management does not manage availability properly and there's never enough coverage. If you do not ask for a day off several months in advance, it's not happening). - Only get 30 minutes for lunch, and 2 optional 15 minute breaks (that you will probably never take because you will be stressed about wasting time that could be spent entering bill data). - No chance for upward mobility. - Lots of small, micro-management rules that seem more designed to just annoy workers than anything else (i.e.- cell phones must always be face down on your desk, despite the fact that you are permitted to use them to listen to things with earphones). This is essentially a factory/assembly line job under the guise of an administration job, and as such the stress levels are very high. If you do not hit 42 bills per hour with an extremely low error ratio (something like 1% I believe), you cannot work from home. If you don't hit 40 bills per hour, you can be terminated. Many bills are simple and can be entered quickly, but often you will have to enter data that takes an extremely long time to submit, and are punished when this understandably affects your metrics. There is no recourse for this. You just have to hope you get lucky every day and don't get stuck with long, complicated bills. Because of the strict metrics-based pay, you literally can do nothing but type for 8-10 hrs each day. You will neglect things like going to the bathroom or getting water, or stretching, or leaving your desk for any reason, because every second you aren't typing is affecting your numbers (and your pay rate). Management will literally tell you to be mindful of how long you take to USE the BATHROOM as it will affect your metrics. It's not a healthy work environment for anyone. The pay is good, but not worth the risk to your mental and physical health long term. If you must, work here for a year or so to save up money and find something better. DO NOT work here long term.

Terrible place to work

Pros

Pay. That’s it don’t let their pre palmed Hr talk fool you lol. They are so fake

Cons

Be prepared to work 50 hours every week and have no life. Shady management. Use to be a great place but management changes constantly because poor decision making from higher ups. Managers don’t know how to do anything, literally. HR has their back not the employees. Workers just get dumped on constantly. Oh you’ll hear about “open door policy” a lot LOL. They use it to target the ppl that stand up to poor management. They’ll come after you instead of addressing the problem. It’s disgusting. Be cautious
