Fast paced, unlimited hours and interesting people to work with. Great pay and benefits for the industry. Exponential growth for this company and ultimate job security for a run of the mill job.

Cons

The harder you work the more you do, and there is no pay incentive for working harder and more than coworkers. Management has a hard time listening and implementing great ideas from employees under them.
