Pay is good. Advancement opportunities are plentiful. Challenging atmosphere that requires your best effort. The company strives to be the best at everything.

Cons

Too many employees simply do not care. They are there to collect a pay check. Can sometimes be under appreciated, but if you keep going, you will be rewarded.

Pros

- Great opportunities to move up in the company. I was able to go from a part-time, entry level dock position all the way to outbound supervisor (base level management at a terminal) within 4 years. Great company to get a foot in the door with and create a solid career. - Benefits are dirt cheap and pretty solid, which is a huge plus when you consider that healthcare costs are always on the rise.

Cons

- High stress environment if you're in a supervisory role or higher. They have great expectations, but things like staffing aren't always addressed in a timely manner and it can hurt your performance.
