Pros
This job has a lot of flexibility and I am allowed to pick a schedule that fits my schedule. I am a college student and this is very important to me. Education is important.
Cons
The pay could be a little more. It's a bit stressful being a Team Lead IT Consultant and only making 7.75 per hour. I feel as if I am one of the hardest workers out of the bunch.
