- Hours aren't too bad for trading firm. - Coworkers were friendly and helpful whenever needed. - No non-compete clause.

Cons

- Some team leads really shouldn't be at the firm, incompetent or sometimes toxic. - Compensation is okay, but below other firms and bonus calculations didn't feel fully transparent. If you can pass interviews here you can probably get offers from trading firms that pay better.
