Pros

50% discount on merchandise A lot of great coworkers relatively easy hours

Cons

50% discount applies only to full priced items My GM would consistently schedule outside of availability, most employees were college students and she refused to honor our availability that was based on our class schedules. Most of our management quit when she was hired, as did most of the staff. Regular customer service cons, lots of customers unhappy over things we can't control

Pros

There is absolutely none. Paycheck?

Cons

The company and management lack integrity and care-less about the environment and their employees. They love taking staged photo ops on LinkedIn and other social media outlets, with forced smiles from the employees. If you are thinking about joining this company, think long and hard before taking that step. Whatever you agree to get it in writing! It's going to be something completely different on your first day. This company has the same exhausted business model they've have for years and it's not working. But still continues to open more unneeded stores, I guess to prove they're still relevant. Then pressure and abuse the staff endures, when new stores' does not make the projected financial goals. When in reality, they bring on new higher management, that just like to hear themselves speak. If something's not working just fix it! Instead, they have twenty visits and an army of "yes men" with no talent, vision or backbone... afraid to say the obvious. I'm sure someone from the company is going to review this and if so... "it's not working! Stop having numerous visits, it's a waste of time and company money. Also, it affects the employees negatively, financially and mentally. So, "they" ( Upper Management) can walk in and say, "the store looks great! Now, we can pull more hours because it appears they can complete work tasks with fewer people". Awesome business model! Now, they're looking to hire people, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If one still decided to become an employee of this company, enter at your own risk but here are a few cons. - Lack of integrity - Underpaid employees - Employee development, nonexistent - No VISION, it's been that way for years (same product and feel) - Toxic work environment - Still utilizing Sweat-shops Just to name a few... Unfortunate the company still has some awesome employees, they deserve better. Due to this company's greed, those employees are either going jump ship or disconnect and don't care. This company is ONE BIG invisible hamster wheel... going absolutely nowhere but running it's employees into OBLIVION!
