Pros

If you like to interact with customers while being pushed somewhat to build some sales skills this is for you. There is also some stocking work in there.

Cons

Eventually, the pressure to sell gets pretty high, especially if you are a cashier. You have Old Navy credit card goals, email goals, etc. If you don't meet those goals, you'll get less hours.

Pros

there’s a thread of integrity

Cons

The corporate structure is that of exhausting employees amidst unrealistic expectations and working conditions. I worked until I was exhausted including national holidays & weekends as if 55+ hours a week wasn’t enough

Pretty okay

Pros

Schedule is very flexible, I actually had to leave very shortly after I was hired due to personal reasons and manager was very understanding.

Cons

It felt excessive to be breathing down customer's necks begging them to sign up for credit cards. It doesn't make sense to ask someone to sign up for a credit card the SECOND they walk into the store. The pressure to accumulate credit card memberships was stressful, and one manager kept bothering me about it too much.
