Pros

Could be required to work 60+ hours per week like some retailers.

Cons

District/Regional leadership is not concerned with employees. They only want financial results and refuse to support the stores to make teams better. Did you go to college to run a register and fold t-shirts? If not, don't work for Old Navy. The hours given are not close to the workload.

Pros

Old Navy is a positive place to work and they have a very gay friendly environment which is meaningful to me.

Cons

Work load is unbalanced for the amount of hours we are given.

Pros

You learn how to work as a team and you gain the knowledge and experience you need to one day move up and become a manager.

Cons

If you are not available to close the store you don't get many hours
