      Pros

      50% discount is fair. Not to mention discounts at banana republic and gap. I can't think of any other pros...

      Cons

      Feels like you're in high school all over again, except it's not the associates you have to worry about it's the management. Management (across the market) act like they're teenagers. Always gossiping and hurting any chances you have to move up in the company simply because you don't gossip with them. District manager is unfair and extremely degrading to her employees. Would never want to work under her management ever again.

      Pros

      Friendly upbeat company that does a lot of the community ( at least mine did), managers seemed to know what they were doing and did their job professionally.

      Cons

      Customers are rude. Blamed to be be racist by every middle age black woman for no reason. It's retail, u'll be folding clothes from beginning of your shift till the end. Bad hours, a lot of 3 hour shifts.

      Great Discount Meet some nice people Great opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Some of my Managers did not do anything sometimes. They would just sit in their office and look at the security cameras. I was just an Associate but it felt like I was a managing the store sometimes.
